My friend, Mark, (OK and Dr. Oz) has challenged me ... 30 minutes of something ... anything ... for 30 days. I can do that. It's time to do something ... anything ... so today, after my coffee and initial Facebook check-in, I dug out my workout clothes, put on some socks and sneakers, and turned on the XBox. I know, I know, it's lovely outside ... why didn't I go for a walk? Well, this is my 30 days ... I'll get there! So, I bowled a couple of games (very low level of exercise, but more than sitting in my chair watching Court TV, which is what I really wanted to do), then progressed up to beach volleyball. Now, I used to be quite the volleyball player "back in the day" ... and if I looked half as good as my Avatar, I'd be happy! My team won today, and I played for 40 minutes, so I won today, too.
